Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of heavily discounted food items, we do not offer change of mind returns or refunds. Refunds will only be considered where an item is found to be past its Use-By date or unfit for consumption due to a genuine quality concern confirmed by staff. 1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes choices about preferences, taste, or simply deciding you no longer want a product after purchase.
2. Quality & Safety Refunds
We will consider a refund or replacement if an item:
- Is past its USE BY date, or
- Is not of acceptable quality or unfit for consumption - once confirmed by staff.
3. Return Window
- Items must be reported and returned within 1 day of purchase or delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt, order number, or digital confirmation).
4. How to Return
- In-store: Bring the item and proof of purchase to the store for assessment.
- Home Delivery: Contact us within 1 day so we can organise collection / return.
5. Bundles & Partial Refunds
For packaged deals (e.g., meat packs, snack boxes, trolley bundles):
- If a specific item within the $55 bundle is found to be eligible for a refund, you will receive a partial refund for that item only, not the full bundle price.
6. Proof of Purchase
You must provide your receipt or clear proof of purchase at the time of return.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our policy does not reduce your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
